Dispute Resolution

We are here to solve property problems.  We have a wide interest in dispute resolution and we believe that the quality of service which we provide is enhanced by good training and professional development.  A number of our chartered surveyors act as Arbitrator, Independent Expert or Expert Witness.  Appointments are made to the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Dispute Resolution Service for the appointment of an Arbitrator or Independent Expert from our staff.  As Expert Witnesses we have been accepted for inclusion in the Law Society Directory of Expert Witnesses.  We also offer to act as mediators in disputes through either Centre for Dispute Resolution (CEDR) or Northern Dispute Resolutions (NDR).
