Commercial Agency has been at the heart of storeys:ssp for well in excess of 100 years.  The local knowledge based around the established offices in the north east has now been supplemented with nationwide coverage due to the expansion of the company to six offices with the opening of offices in London and Edinburgh.

Our surveyors and negotiators are specialists in their chosen field whether this be offices, industrial, retail or leisure or our specialist hotel division which acts throughout the UK and continental Europe in both acquisition and disposal.

We also deal with a variety of niche assets including properties in the leisure industry and motor trade acting for many major operators whether purchaser, landlord or tenant.

Whether acquiring or disposing our investment and development departments have a nationwide reputation.  Acting for property companies, funds and private individuals we are able to source opportunities throughout the country and advise on the process of acquisition or sale from start to finish.  We are able to assist on securing funds for acquisition.
