Having gained a Masters Degree in Science and Civil Engineering, Stephen spent the first three years of his career in this field before joining storeys:ssp in 1981. He has extensive experience in Property Management covering all aspects of estate management, landlord & tenant, rental and capital valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, maintenance and repair, dilapidations, portfolio management, and consultancy work for major property companies, financial institutions, pension funds, Government bodies and private landlords. A Newcastle United fan, Stephen is also a keen fisherman.
