Richard started his career in NE Hampshire in a small general practice firm. After three years he moved to Reading where he dealt with agency and development work before moving to Central London to focus on valuation work with a major national practice. Here he dealt with all types of property throughout the UK and Eastern Europe for a wide variety of private and public sector clients for secured lending, stock exchange, expert witness, litigation and tax and accounting purposes.
He joined storeys:ssp in 1998 where he has continued to specialise in valuation and landlord and tenant work alongside a range of property consultancy services, problem solving for a number of clients.
Now too old to play rugby the coaches and in the summer sails.
