Paul joined storeys:ssp in 1977. For the past twenty years he has specialised in rating and local taxation, dealing with rating appeals on all categories of property throughout England, Wales and Scotland, as well as attending Valuation Tribunals, and processing references to the Lands Tribunal. Paul gives advice on rating law and administration, and deals with substantial head office assessments in England and Scotland for corporate clients. He introduced rate management and rate recovery, which complement and strengthen the firm’s rating service. Married with two children, Paul’s interests include his boat and playing guitar.
